Ford GT supercar debuted in Detroit

Ford chose Detroit Auto show in order to present its conceptual sports car GT, which is a successor of the original model, produced in the period from 2004 to 2007. The prototype is equipped with turbo V6 family of EcoBoost engine, which is more than 600 HP Engine combined with the 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Dynamic characteristics of the car remain in secret. However, the manufacturer stated that the construction of a luxury car were used exclusively light, but at the same time very durable materials. Monocoque is made of carbon fiber, while the body is made of carbon fiber and aluminum combinations. The doors open up luxury car, and the rear spoiler that is active is leaving or retract depending on road conditions. In addition, the Coupe received a 20-inch alloy wheels and tires Michelin Super Sport Cup 2, which have been produced specifically for this model. Car has a racing wheel is a formula-1 style, a fully digital instrument panel and third-generation SYNC multimedia complex. Production version of the GT will be released in 2016.
